Description Another tutorial rework from a old one of mine

This is a fairly simple tutorial on making a ruffled fabric belt. I made this one as a gift for a friend. I think these are quite good for mori styles depending on what kind of fabric etc you use.

No I don't sell the finished products, it's too time consuming for me to do ^_^ I'm opening a shop this week to sell the patterns though!
