I think its obvious women including female bisharp has breasts. Its necessary part because thanks to this body part women can feed their newborn babies. Why it attracts some boys (including myself) I don't know.

Your way of drawing Bisharp is pretty cool. And the fact Cutlass' blades are so angled and not curved makes it awesome.
I personally don't find Bisharp too hard to draw, since they're my favourite Pokemon.
