Getting rid of her wings. They were too clunky for her body shape and never really suited her that well.

Changing her hair and head shape. Her previous head shape was always sort of difficult for me to draw at different angles and as a result I would only draw Fallen’s head at profile. Her new design is more fierce looking and allows me to be more flexible when drawing at different angles. I also decided to completely change how Fallen’s hair looks and acts; her hair is now an indicator of how much energy she has, dissipates in a nebula-like pattern, and can be manipulated into different forms. It suits her personality and occupation a lot better.

Streamlining her feathers. The old ribbon-like feathers were ok, I just made them better!

Making her tongue blue/pink (like the blue-tongued skink) instead of just pink. Surprise!

Reducing the number of toes from four to three. Because why not? Three toes looks cool.
