This is the Ultimate Verison of the Mighty Morphin Blue Ranger in my up-in-the-air series Ultimate Power RangersHis Deal:
- William Jefferson Cranston is a hacker.
His Crimes:
- Hacking.
His Martial Arts Style:
- Self-Defense
His Fate:
- He will be taught how to defend himself by Jason Lee Scott, who taught him by nearly killing him
- He will reveal he is gay in the second half of "Ultimate Power Rangers: Thundershocked!"
- He will die in the Command Center explosion in the end of "Ultimate Power Rangers: Ninjetti"
- He will return as a Ranger of Apocalypse in "Ultimate Power Rangers: Ultimate Finale"

Yes, David Yost is, and I understand that this "Ultimate Blue Ranger" is probably "spoofing" that, but truly, it's just bashing the actor. The way it's executed bugs me in that way.

Billy was(and kind of still is) my favorite Ranger. I'm a little bit indifferent to the blonde hair, but his new outfit looks badass.
