Just a pencil sketch I did of SpaceGodzilla. It got all smeared in my sketchbook, but I guess it kinda adds to the image in a way.Related content

Yeah, the smear does add to the image - giving the impression of the darkness and shadows of deep space surrounding the emissary of the void or something like that. Wonderful work!

Thanks, looking back on this one, I only think it looks okay. A lot of the graphite smudged and gave it a more messy look. Perhaps I'll go back and try to redo this one.

In my opinion, add color then we would be seeing what Godzilla see's as he fought SapceGodzilla. SpaceGodzilla gave Godzilla a major butt-kicking, so this would be like a dazed look from a fight.

Just gonna say myself that the smudge actually adds to the image somewhat. Looks pretty cool. Though I'd tinker with the arm a little bit - add the outlines of the arm, maybe erase the parts where the highlights would be (at least on the hand and knuckles). Other than that, looks like you did a pretty good job.
