known bug & fix:
when rendering, some slots clicked will show on the render
preview.
To fix this:
render first without putting in someting in the slots(pre render white screen) then all next render previews will be fine.

actually, i cannot update my program any longer because i lost my source code by reformatting my hard disk and this one i forgot to backup,.. so the only way forward is to make another one.. which is 1 hell of a month,.. and then i might need to ask those who i got the materials(resources) again,..

im re scraping it to make a new one to remove the glitches of this software, sadly but i have to use the same resources, i might add up some other functions as well. it might take 2-3 weeks though.

Can I use this to make face sets for the default actors with different expressions?
I've looked around but I can't find any for the particular actors/people characters from the rtp that I use.

I'm having a bit of trouble getting certain tabs to work, eyes, mouth and clothes don't seem to want to work for me.
And the extra and nose. I'm not quite sure why. If that's a possible use, you might want to add a 'select rtp actor to edit' and some extraΒ add onsΒ like blushing, shocked eyes etc little touches like that 
I mainly just want to make extra emotions for the already made face sets
There are a few that don't have them.(and yes I did look, I only managed to find them for a few of the characters I'm using) I was actually wondering if you'd be interested in making a few emote sets for particular actors.
I just need 8 emotions for a few specific ones. I would ask my friend Stalx, but he doesn't do sprite art and it would be $15 per face....per character...
Neutral, happy, sad, shocked, embarrassed, angry, shouting, and sick/damaged.
Think you could do them if I gave you the particular numbers? (IE: Actor 1-7 as an example )
I won't be needing them for every actor in my project(Cause I know that would be insane) just the main and plot important characters. I don't know, having emotions just makes them seem more alive.Β

sadly, i can't draw face-set's with this quality... that why i outsourced the face-sets from the two artist, celliana and pentagonbuddy
can you send me 1 actor, just to see the scale, but i think this is possible - select rtp actor to edit.

I assume that you know the numbers of the actors right?
The scale (if you're talking about size) is the same as the regular face-sets.
I would like an emote set of actor 1-8

I would like to use those, BUT unfortunately they don't really show much 'emotion' and they don't really fit the personality I have planned for him.
I need one for happy, sad, thoughtful, embarrassed/blushing, angry/shouting, neutral, and Surprised/shocked.
If you have the Japanese Resource DLC (if you don't I'll send you a copy of the picture) I would like the same emotes for J-Monster 7 (the cat girl on the bottom row) Β

so you mean you want the 'base' or head of the actor to be changeable? this is what i understood on my last reply. or you just want the lips/eyes and nose of the faceset's you've link available?

Yeah, a few criticisms...there is no button to save the face you have made...you can't minimize it or put anything in front of it. how do you save it? do you have to screenshot it or something? the buttons are frustrating as f*ck and I have to click on something about five times for it to register, it seems to switch between layers at will, and THERE IS NO UNDO BUTTON!!

i have both tested them and they seem to work fine, i dunno why it doesn't work for you, btw what is your screen resolution? have you set your fonts to Font DPI setting to Large(120%)?

Sigh.. This would be the best faceset generator if it wasn't for the way it "recolors" stuff. When I try to "recolor" hair, it completely goes away! And if I try to recolor the eyes, it completely goes black! I know you lost the source code but WHY IS THERE NO COMPLAINTS ABOUT THIS? (As far as I see. Although I haven't read many comments lol.) WHY did you do it like this?? Why not just do it like the other generators, like "choose this color, or that" instead of the whole "red, blue, green" thing which completely MESSES UP EVERYTHING?! Gah it really does make me sick that I finally found the perfect generator and it won't let me choose white hair.. *sigh*

i think you can add your own eyebrows/eyes/hairs on the folders, if you have one of course, the program will use auto populate the apps.. thats why i put a refresh button i think(if i do recall properly).
as for the development i could do that anytime , but the main problem is for the resources cause i only do the coding and cant make my own charsets.

The style of the characters is pretty good, and most of the compositions look great. I like the feature, that you can actually create your "own" faceset for you chars
Sad that you lost the source code 
But if you decide to write a new one, it would be awesome if you could extend the "database"
