Quick Fix, please forgive me if it came a little late.
!PLEASE NOTE THIS:
PLEASE DELETE THE picasa.ini file inside the Hair folder its hidden(it took me a while to figure this out, i though there was a problem at the calculation itself).
this will fix the error pop-up when maxing out the scrollbar for hair.
btw, i think i maybe able to fix some of the issues for this release soon. *cheers*

To anyone who's having the problem where it says "RMVX FACSET GENERATOR has stopped working", make sure it's extracted out of the ZIP file (try WinZIP or 7Zip, I prefer the latter) and the .exe_ is renamed to .exe, else it closes out. Not sure why it has to be extracted but it does. If that doesn't work then I dunno what will. Comment 'bout it.

I just tried this and it's super screwed up, everything keeps changing colors and I can't change anything except the clothes. It's super glitchy. I know it's not supported anymore, but I was just hoping it was still functional.

you just have to click on clothes again to enable the other buttons, e.g. click "parts"->clothe->select clothe from slider click clothe again to disable the slider then choose the next part that you want to change next, it most of the time unoticable but when you click a part it disables the other parts so you have to click on that part again to enable the other parts.

Two two things, first off it's ".exe_" is it supposed to be? Simple rename to ".exe" fixed but pointing it out.
Secondly, can I use the faces commercially? For a game not made using RPG Maker VX Ace?

download, extract and just rename the _.exe to .exe, you dont need to have photoshop installed to run this

Hay algunos problemas.
1.-Al guardar un archivo no puedo cambiar el nombre por lo que borra el otro archivo.
2.-No es compatible con win 8.
3.-No me deja escoger los items.

are you using windows 10? if you are, i havent tested it running on windows 8 and 10. i cannot help you if that was the case. or maybe a screen dpi problem. or probably you dont have net 2.0 framework installed which should not be the case. if you can post a screenshot that would help.

I'm not sure if you're even still TRYING to make this thing function properly because currently it doesn't. This isn't me talking crap about your program. It's currently better than anything I can make. However, it's very buggy, and definitely needs some work.
For instance: Every time I try to change eyes, lip, and clothes; when I change one it changes the others as well. Changing eyes changes the lip, changing the lip changes the eyes, and changing clothes changes the eyes too. Not to mention it won't let me color anything besides the skin and hair so far.
This could have been a much better/more successful project IMO. I hope you find the time to spiff it up someday.

Do I need an additional program to run this thing? I've got nothing on my computer that seems to know what to do with this thing and when I right click I don't see any "run as administrator" option. Even when I right click and go into options, I don't have a "compatibility" tab or anything to run this thing.

This seems to be pretty legit! ^-^ Although.. I have windows 8 and when I changed the .exe_ file to .exe it didn't let me run it. It tried, but would always pop up saying 'Faceset Generator 2.0 stopped working...' Any Ideas?

This is incredibly clunky and next to impossible to use, with minimal tutorials in the description, with an author who, from the looks of the comment dates, takes forever to answer important questions. I cannot chalk this to user error as I am genuinely convinced that this is a disorganized, buggy application.

Hello, awesome awesome I love this! I have a question though. I understand about renaming the file, I did that but for some reason it's saying the the file type is unrecognizable. The file type is EXE_, just like the name before I changed it. I'm not sure if I did something wrong or what. I tried deleting the whole file and redownloading it but it was the same and I just wasn't sure what to do if there is anything to be done. Thanks for your time! And I apologize if this has already been discussed.

it should work unless you forgot to rename the RG2.exe_ to RG2.exe, have you tried downloading the frameworks listed above, but for a windows 7 it should work automatically.

I changed the file type to .exe and then ran it and it told me I didn't have permission and Norton instantly deleted it. Then I tried again and ran as an administrator and the same thing happened.

that maybe a problem on the antivirus, try to add it on exception, norton tends to do that works fine under avg for me.

This is probably a noob as hell question, but how do you bring up the 'Save as Face Set' window you've got in the preview pic?

It seems every once and a while it wont let me make changes to the face, including extras, eyes, noses, and lips. But it lets me change the hair. Also sometimes it will randomly change the selection I made for an option. Such as changing my happy pink lips to closed red lips. Any fixes?

you need to click twice to enable and disable a layer, for example if you choose to change the hair you will click "parts->hair" to change your selection to change the brows you need to click "hair" again to disable it, and click brows.
