A hovercraft I believe, from the grills.. And yet it has stabilizers on the tail section.
No obvious weapons visible either.
Much confuse, very guessing, so wow.

I often don't think too deep into the functionality of my concepts. I just sketch what is stuck in my mind. I believe thinking too early and too much about mechanics and stuff can quickly destroy the look and the overall idea that was in the head. I like to sketch freely at first and then use the parts I think are good for a "redesign" or as general inspiration for next works.
Well, maybe it is a very durable hover/glyder style competition vehicle for long-distance races. Like the rally Dakar events today
