Description
I decided to keep track of all my WIPS of this piece here :]First: Sketched horse and mapped out BG
2nd: Started to give the background definition, adjusted the horse sketch and started to put in the horse's base coloring.
3rd: Worked on the Horse's body
4th: Finished most of the Horse's base and further defined and worked the BG.
5th: Started work on lighting, trying to decide between making the horse chestnut or palomino.
6th: Changed to a more chestnut-y look, started laying in the mane and tail
7th: Changed mane + tail to flaxen, finished the base of the mane
8th: Finished the base of the tail
9th: Gave him hooves a+ started working on the ground
10th: More detailing on the horse + ground

I'm really hoping that I'll be able to muster up enough energy to do a sunset piece to compliment this sunrise picture. Though I doubt I'll be able to motivate myself to actually do it, I still think it would be a cool poster set
