The game just cheats you at every turn and every chance it gets.
I got pummeled by a spider in a cave, it was dark, I see its red eyes and then it jumps on me and I go from full health to death in under 3 seconds... I have no idea how it killed me so fast, it was just cramped in my very small space.

what I hate is skeletons, because of their arrows.
what I despise is spiders... just because.... SPIDERS!! I had a whole spawner of them around my starting point. those stupid jumping things terrorized me.

actually, there also was one skeleton archer thing behind the 4 creepers and a spider comming from the side xD.
though i killed the spider as it came, and since it was morning, the skeleton burned... in the water.
yeah! its really good, *high five* but i play it rarely at College because my computer isn't powerful enouph to run it *pathetic*.
My shelter is a small cave high on a cliff wall behind a waterfall. Still, farm animals manages to block the entrance sometimes. LOL!

it works well UNLESS you build all your structures underground, in that case you can't see anything. It also helps to map your world, I just had the brilliant idea of printing it and putting notes.
Sadly, my world is 40 megabytes, I traveled a lot and I get more animals spawning in my house than I do on the outside, lol, I just travel with a sword and cleave my way out of my house.

HM, no, i might not use that now, i don;t have much done, too busy exploring random really deep caves full of rapids D; But i am building a castle on top of the cliff with the waterfall. should look cool once its done, might send you a screenshot since you seem so interested in the game. XD
