This looks like a very successful attempt at foreshortening! I'm particularly impressed with the girl's hand reaching out to the audience, especially with how much detail you put into it with the creases and nails. However, I think the most gorgeous thing about this picture are her eyes. I really like their shape and how the light reflects in it. Her face as a whole is very pretty, her lips look wonderfully soft and her nose is cute as well. I also like that she has bigger eyebrows, it makes her face more interesting. The hair is beautiful as well, you can really see the movement in it! You also did a great job with the lineart. It looks clean, smooth and breathes life in your drawing. And finally, the background is stunning with its colorful clouds and glittering stars!
Overall, you did a great job on anatomy, but I do feel her right arm is a bit off. I think it should be a little bit lower and maybe closer to her body.
Another issue is the lighting and shading. I think that the soft shading looks great on her skin, especially on her face, but it doesn't work quite as well on her hair - which is a shame, after you made such lovely lineart for it. The reasons for this are that hair has a quite different texture than skin, so light reflects on it differently and the shadows look a bit harder. With darker hair in particular, highlights are more visible and more contrasting to the base color.
Also, I think the clothes would benefit from some shading. Right now they stick out because of the lack of shading and that way it looks disconnected from the rest of the girl. It probly wouldn't take much, just a little shadow here and there so you know the cloth still obeys the laws of light.

Personally I don't know much about perspective, especially foreshortening, for me it seems like you've done a good job, everything looks quite well done, though I feel like there's some mistakes with her (reaching) left hand, and right shoulder which looks like it's placed too far to the side. Your style is very clean, and simple, the lineart is beautifully executed. Soft coloring is also a big plus, the lighting is smooth and pleasant to the eye, but shadows seem to be lacking. I don't think you should make it very realistic, but some more simple shadows would definitely help, I would reccomend looking up Ilya Kuvshinov's art, and you'll understand what I'm saying here~
Last issue I have is the background choice. I understand we are supposed to feel like she's in her own zone/space, but it takes away the focus from the character. I suggest using less textures maybe, and try to make the character blend to the background more so it all stays together.

I agree with the shading comment a lot. I've been trying to work on my shading a lot but it seems I have still far to go. Also, the attention to detail can be raped up too. Thanks for the input!
