The tank , the buildings, the soldiers are kit bash by me.

Really epic! Although I'm afraid that you're using the term "scratch built" wrong: "scratch built" means that you've built something from zero, making all the pieces yourself from raw materials (plastic, metal, putty); and that's clearly not the case here ;3
