Mighty Morphin Power Rangers- Loved the first season as a child, a lot of it now is very "meh". I watch far too much with my 4 year old.
Marvel's The Avengers- SUPERB.
Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles- I adored it and still do! I love watching it!
Disney's House of Mouse- I recall watching a bit of this when my cousins were younger, I thought it was cute.
Sailor Moon- THE BEST. Was obsessed when i was little and my love for her has only gotten stronger.
Chappelle's Show- >_> I may have never seen this. >_<
Who Framed Roger Rabbit- I hated it as a child, but found new love for it when I was older. A truly great movie!
Batman (The Adam West Version)- I really enjoy the old stuff.
Ponyo- Very adorable but not one of my favorite Ghibli films.
The Expendables- X_X Haven't seen it yet.
Dragon Ball (The Original, not Z or GT)- Oh Dragon Ball, I fell in love with you the moment Goku looked up Bulma's skirt for the first time. Though my true love lies with Z and Trunks.
Outlaw Star- Have not seen... DX
Nicktoons Unite- I love Nickelodeon.. Love love love. Though I have not had the chance to play this game!
My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic- Let's just say, a few days ago I may have bought myself Ploomette.

Of course I am, most of my humor comes from Chappelle's Show for good reasons, he is very funny.

Everything that is in your list minus Nicktoons (Which I only like the 90's Nicktoons).

Other than your listed influences, I'm influenced by Yu-Gi-Oh!, DBZ, Jackass, The Simpsons, South Park, Kamen Rider, Beavis and Butt-head, Mega Man series, Punk Rock and Metal music.

Well, crazy it may be, but then again, we all have our own sources of inspirations, so i won't question your influences, man.

Anyway, what i thought of those, i'd say that they're all very interesting, especially the Avengers one too, since i know you'll be using something similar to it in the season finale of your show.

For the Mickey Mouse club one, i may have not watched that kind of show, but i did watched several classic old Disney cartoons when i was a kid myself (then again, who hasn't watched those as a kid?).

Of course, for Power Rangers and the MLP phenomenon from Miss Faust herself, i would consider that they're your #1 shows of all-time, if i'm not mistaken.

Anyway, all are very great choices of inspirations, man. And speaking of movies, i did watched the Reign of Assassins movie (during the Fantasia Movie Fest this week), starring Li's choice of voice actress herself for my show, that being Michelle Yeoh herself and i had some Shaw Brothers-like feel in my mind, meaning that for the movie trailer of something similar to Shaw Brothers, it strongly convinced me to go see what you've showed me after all.

And who knows... Maybe in future DX Divas episodes, i might incorporate some Shaw Brothers references in it myself. But i would also try to see if i can find some of Shaw Brothers' best movies on DVD in my town, seeing that it won't be easy finding those.

Well, I don't care for Chapelle or Ponyo or the 60s Batman. :b

But all the rest are childhood and contemporary faves.

Really, you don't care about Chapelle? I thought you would be a fan of his kind of humor.... Guess I was wrong. But I respect your opinion.

And yes, all of the rest childhood and contemporary faves. If I ever make it big in Hollywood, I'll be sure to use Power Rangers/Sailor Moon style action in my films and shows, as well as DB/MLP style humor, Disney/TMNT fourth wall humor, Ponyo quiet and peaceful moments, Avengers/Power Rangers style characters, and many more. Basically, I'm gonna bring back the childhood fun in Hollywood productions. Pretty cool huh.

Hmm... If I do make it big, would you join me as my partner/co-writer/co-director/friend, Adam?

It's very possible. The animation industry is pretty close-knit, from what I've gathered. We'd probably work together somewhere down the line.
