At least i could lift up my whale like lazy ass and finished my first color collab with the awesome .I dont ususally load up such high format pics, but the details on this lines was such small ...
Metroid fan art.
believe it or not, the most problems i had with the damned space ship - straight lines! *shiver*
for the color sheme im orientated on the Super NES version. (which is the best episode of the Metroid saga for me)
was fun to do, even if im really not worked like an horse on it. Needed almost three weeks - but it's no my fault.
Shame on you devilish XBOX!!!

I just ignore the fact, that you sleept the last twenty years in an orbital space station (Sorry, just kidding. 
The girl in te suit it's on of Nintendos oldest and well knowed charas.
Her name is Samus Aran and she jump and shot under Big N since the good ol' NES times for the "Metroid" game series.
(the reason for her crass main colors - yellow, red and green - too.
better too define on 8 Bit Graphics 
she was the first "real" female action/adventure star in video game history.
At the moment their exist over seven sequels of this game - and believe it or not - one of you and my favorite video game - Batman Arkham Asylum - was inspired by the Metroid games.
(Not Batman of course, but the game mechanics, with different colectable tools and weapons, tunnels and clever labyrints)
just type "samus" or "metroid" here in the search tools of DA, and you will find hundreds and hundreds of entries here.

Ich glaub, das ist ein Mod für Gimp. Könnte aber auch eine Version sein. Versuch's einfach mal, nur Gimpshop runterzuladen und zu installieren. Dein Rechner wird sich schon melden, wenn ihm Gimp fehlt
