Vortex's dogtag. If you read his past story, you'll understand more about it.Now about the writing. Yes, it does say something. It's written in Hylian text, from the Legend of Zelda. If you want to see what it says, your gonna have to look it up. If you can figure out what it says, I MIGHT make you a present. Just maybe.

Does it mean dad... i'm guessing cuz i looked at all the Hylian charecters (letters and numbers) and didn't find any of those.....
