Description
Finally finished it!Soundrone is a powerful and almost unstoppable robot with a handful of sonic-based abilities, such as recording and playing all kinds of sounds, manipulating them, shooting blasts of sonic energy and creating loud noises that can tear your ears apart. He also has tentacles that he can use to rape innocent female Toa fight with his enemies or scan objects.
The MOC took me incredibly long to make, but i finally finished it and i'm so satisfied with this figure. It probably won't stay for much too long, unfortunately, because this MOC uses all of my supplies of trans-orange Bohrok eyes, 20 technic balls and a lot of other useful parts... Well, time to make a bricklink order i guess.
And yes, this guy is totally inspired by Soundwave from Transformers Prime series.

I remember the Toa Metru facing up against an opponent just like Soundrone. It was in one of the Legends books after they return to Metru Nui to rescue the Matoran, but before they became Toa Hordika. They fought him in the abandoned testing track of Le-Metru. The being was made of pure sound. If he was hit, it created a sonic blast, if he landed a hit, it also created a sonic blast. The Toa Metru defeated this opponent by isolating the room, making it air tight, and Matau absorbed every molecule of air out of the room, successfully creating a vacuum. In a vacuum sound cannot travel, so the Toa were safely able to defeat the enemy. Of course, Matau was forced to release all that air in a hurricane blast.
