I know you don't give out patterns, but how do you even do this?
I mean joining multiple layers? How is this possible?

well i first design the model on the computer and divide the layers up, place them on the pegboard and just start stacking. I like to use loctite superglue to get them to stick together.
I am selling some pattern on my site, soon ill add in the tutorial to go with it.
