Ean, a present day magician was practicing a transformation spell when suddenly something went wrong and he found himself with four feet! the worst part is he can't undo it!Full View Please!
I've been meaning to color this for awhile... spent a lot of time getting all the shadows and such just how i wanted them...
I had originally planned for him to become a fox-taur, but i didn't really like the colors so he ended up as a Chakat (if you don't know what that is, google it)
I find it interesting that every time i upload a pure TF pic, it suddenly becomes my most viewed picture... i hope that also happens here...
There are 19 layers of shadows and 9 layers of other effects... and that's just on the charater lol xD
Time: about 10 hours (pretty fast considering how much I put in this pic)
Inspiration: i just really, really wanted to color this pic
Done in Febuary of 2009 with Photoshop CS2 and a drawing tablet

YEP! i used my tablet all the way, i even did the shadows with the tablet.... and i didn't use the path tool at all... (mouse method)

Glad to see that you're using the tablet. Lots of deviants here would just die for one...If you keep using the tablet, you're ability with it on line art gets alot better

ya, that's how i draw... but it takes a long time... that's the only downfall... i usually take about 30-45 minutes for digital line art...

yes that's true... but i still like how he turned out.. kinda like a mix between a chakat and a foxtaur... that's cause i drew the sketch as if he was a foxtaur, then decided to color him as a chakat lol xD

ya, the face is more fennec than anything... cause i tend to draw ears more like fennec foxes... plus i had planned for this one to be a fox when i started lol
