Description
... 2 foxes merge into a chimera, what else can i say?I wasn't entirely sure how to title this one... kinda weird...
I've started to notice a trend... all of my most viewed pictures are the ones where i do TF stuff... and more recently TG even though i haven't actually drawn the TG part, this pic is now my most viewed... [link] I'm guessing that means a lot of ppl are just looking for porn related stuff?
well just so you all know.. I'm never going to draw any porn... I think it kills art.... I'll be keeping everything PG or PG-13 ....
anywho, all of that aside... i like how the bottom pic turned out, but the rest are a bit ... eh... not so great...
I'm starting to get really satisfied with how I draw 3/4th perspective....
Time: a bit over an hour....
Inspiration: wanted to re-draw [link]
Done in March of 2009 with mechanical pencil

thanks! I've always loved the idea of merging pictures :3 and of course cuteness, and if you like the idea, make sure to also check out this picture that my girlfriend did! :3
*warning: it's considerably inappropriate and it's on FA*

Silly perverts, there's no porn here!
While I can't really make an argument for drawing porn, I don't think that artistic nudity is something to be shamed...
Actually, I think even art of a sexual nature doesn't necessarily "kill art", but I suppose that's an even deeper discussion/argument to get into...

well ya, duh.. but i mean they want porn from me....
well, there's a difference between drawing nudity for reference and drawing porn...
hmm well that would be a deeper discussion... though, i guess it wouldn't kill the art more than just make it looked at for a different reason.... or like different interests... something i personally don't want....

Well, I hate to break it to you, hun, but a significant percentage of anthro/furry fans are really just fetishists (I'd give you links but I don't want to kill your innocence any more than I already have XD).
Not all artistic nudity is for reference's sake...I think there's a very fine distinction between "artistic nudity" and "porn". Nudity doesn't always translate into pornography...
Oh, I wasn't condoning you drawing porn or anything! Don't take it that way XD

yaaaa... i know, that's why i brought it up in this pic...
maybe... but that's a VERY fine line... which would probably be different for every person...
haha lol xD ok, i get the idea...

I would even argue a difference between fetish art and porn. A lot of fetish art is pg-pg 13, focusing on the fetish itself, instead of normal human sexuality.

That's true. Not all artistic works focusing on different fetishes is of an overtly sexual nature...I suppose what I was trying to say was that, unfortunately, a lot of times people's views of furry art is tinted a certain color (I mean, just google "furry" and see the kind of results you wind up with). And that's the kind of publicity artists like Vox, who focus on furry art, will have to accept as an unfortunate inevitability.
But, again, I don't think that all art depicting human sexuality should be immediately classified as "porn" or given any less artistic value than more "tasteful" art. Sex is a very large part of the human existence, even if people try to deny that fact. People do crazy things for sex, they agonize over it and dream about it, and, in the end, life itself is a product of sex. It's just as worthy of depiction in art as is a flower or an anime character.
