EDIT: Dammit. I forgot to put back plates on the Crimson variant. Just pretend they're there.

I decided to remake my old Mienta species, given they were poorly done and TERRIBLY unoriginal when I first made them. This time around, there are two possible Mienta variants. They're based on the two "corrupt" biomes in Terraria; the Corruption and the Crimson . They're also a little more buggy than dragony this time.

Generally I think this is a lot better done than the original.

Note that if you breed a Mienta OC, the foals won't be considered Mientas per se (unless it's a Mienta/Mienta breed), and thus don't have to exactly conform to Mienta specs.

Mientas are omnivorous equines that live in the Mienta Hollow, a grove located somewhere in Everfree. Hidden by leaves, Mientas can hunt and enjoy themselves without being seen. They greatly dislike being seen by normal ponies in their true form- which is why they have a disguise form. When they want to socialize with ponies, they turn into this form.

The Corruption variant is known for being highly mischievous, but they are essentially harmless. Their territory is marked by purple-tinted grass and shallow ditches and burrows dug into the ground, and is spread by males.

The Crimson variant is generally agreed to be the more dangerous of the two. They are highly aggressive and territorial, and are slightly more inclined to a carnivorous diet than the Corruption variant. Their territory is marked by dull red grass and a single, very wide burrow which branches into numerous smaller ones, and is spread by females.
