Hi Everyone,Here is a personal illustration I've been working on. Another addition to my
Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles fan art.
I'm really looking forward to seeing the new movie that Jonathan Liebesman
is directing. I wish they could release some concept art or creature design online.
I'm really eager on seeing what they look like.
By the way, my new website is up (www.artofgeorge.com). There's still some things that needs
to get fixed but it's browsable.

hehe, thanks for stopping by mate, yeah I agree with you and kind was aware of that when I was doing it. I didn't mind them not having a nose in the cartoons but since I wanted add a bit ofrealism to it i couldn't help it, so I took references from noese of real turtles and kind morphed and combined them with gorilla noses, only because I love drawing apes

Its okay man..Michael bay gave it also a different look..I guess it depends on the eye of he artist..we just want to recreate and call it our own..pretty sick artwork still..it is frickin awesome

Seriously, they look like an array of 'BadAss' Turtles.
Look like they say "punk" alot.
Again excellently done, the skin tones, the poses and the facial expressions.
Not keen on this Liebesman...he directed Battle: Los Angeles and...
Well we can hope - after all Fincher did Alien 3 and then redemmed himself with Se7en.

Not sure if you liked his Wrath of the Titans, but visually I thought it was great. The CGI Β and animation of the cyclops and other creatures were A grade and I am hoping that in a visual and animation sense that the Turtles would go beyond that. Story wise I hope they don't deviate too much from the past sources let's just wait and see

It's completely amazing. Wonderful job. Β A unique characterization of the boys. I love it. Β I can see the personality of them in their eyes . . . even in their stances. The backgroud...do I even need to say it? FREAKING amazing! You and me both, when it comes to wishing they'd reveal some concept art of the boys. I'm really curious to see how they may end up looking.

Yeah movie should be coming out next year August I think. They have started shooting it a few months ago. Thanks for the kind words, and yeah would be nice to work on it, but I'm really looking forward to seeing some concept art and cgi images on how they look like.Β

SOOOOOOOOO much potential there, still sorta untapped as far as a film version methinks.
I want to see it tough like the comics, not for the kiddos like the 80's cartoon.

Gorgeous! That street scene is so realistic; the damp streets, the touch of fog in the air, the lights reflecting from the shops and the car - I can practically feel the chill in the air.Β I love this take on the Turtles - so lean and muscular and very serious looking. The extra touches are nice too - the news van, Eastman and Laird streets, Rhino video .... I'm loving it!

Yeah I wanted it to push it even further in terms of the design, but I guess I'll do it on the next one.
