UPDATED - Here is the link for a non english Substyle [link]FInalized ! After adding upper taskbar support substyles i believe this theme is finally complete. EVERYthing is skinned !
UPDATED Ive just updated Vectra with Substyles containing clear start panels as opposed to the ones with the Vectra branding.

My Entry for the 2006 GUI Championships @ [link]
When I first decided to create this theme, I was going to try and make something that no one has attempted before, a real 'SPLASH', so I racked my brains (and I do mean racked..) for some ways to really take advantage of the capabilities that WB5 offers. Most noticeably I suppose are the taskbar\taskbar buttons combination. Make sure you lock your taskbar to take full advantage of how I designed it. Also try using some different walls, you'll see what i mean if you do. Secondly I designed it so that the close button is the entire Windows flag, you can click anywhere on the flag to close a window. I find it pretty intuitive once you get used to it. Special thanks to my friends Lightstar, Meshugga, Bob, Mike, Zoomba, GreenReaper and last but NOT least Adam Najmanowicz for helping me through these past weeks, without whose help I would never have made it. This is amazing! I adore the color scheme and overall design. Definitely deserved a DD!
I would really like to download this skin, but I've never done anything like that before, so... I have a few questions, lol:
1.) I have Windows XP v. 5.1 - will this skin work with that platform...?
2.) If it does work... how do I download this skin and all of its goodies and then make it so that it's my laptop's skin...? I hope that makes sense, lol. I would really like to use this skin, I've just never done anything like this before!

Well, This is a Windowblinds skin, you would need to have WindowBlinds 5 Available at [link]
howEVER, because it is a Transparent theme you would have to have the full version of Windowblinds,
its 20 bucks, but in my opinion, worth every penny.
Once you have it installed, you can just click ADD NEW SKIN.. and Apply it to your computers interface.
Voila, just that easy. But dont blame me if you get addicted to customizing, its becomeing increasingly more popular as people spend more time at their comps. Think of it as Adorning your computers look just like you would your living room .

yeah, I tried that and I always keep my tb locked but for some reason whatever sub I choose nothing changes. must be a wb5 bug?

Perhaps a System specific Wb5 bug, it seems to be working perfectly on other systems, wish there was more ui could suggest to help you my friend.

You can recolor it with Windowblinds recolor feature, dunn how great that will look but u can .

I love the blue. I dislike the bad shade of beige. I wish you would use the shade that the original windows xp skin uses or use a clean white.
