Description
These are the last two. With the release of Palladium's Rifts Dimensional Outbreak, earlier this week, I can now post the work I did for the book.
You can order the book here: [link] Please, by all means, do, it looks fantastic and everyone involved did an amazing job.
I was tasked with doing illustration of Center Spaceport in the book. All the stuff was (save one) environment shots and I had a blast doing them.
All the illustrations I did for the book I tied together with a theme of security camera shots. I used these pieces as a test for some ideas I always planned to do with Theos Ke Polemos because it's an ever present aspect (Orwellian voyeurism). All the Outbreak pieces are from some form of security or camera monitoring device and with the black & white format they all turned out pretty nice.
Top frame we have a Naruni landing birth with a Naruni ship named "Free Runner". My guess is this vessel could be a classic blockade runner type
Bottom Frame is a shot of the Merchants' Concourse. Had to throw in a few classic sci-fi flying cars in there, the material seemed apt for it. Again noting it had a very MetalHurlant feel.
I had a ton of fun doing these pieces and hope all you RPG fans out there will buy a copy of the book, it really did turn out fantastic. Once again I have to salute all involved, everyone did an amazing job.

Cool ship design. Nice source light effect on the bottom one, too. I always like your moody lighting.

Big thanks for the kind words I've been drawing all my life so a little is just natural but, yes, it takes a lot of work, observation, and practice and the process is never ending.

Those are two beautiful images.
How into Steam Punk are you? Because those images look incredible. I'd love to see you try some Steam Punk landscapes.

My thanks Travis Yeah, the loading dock illo really arrived at a nice atmosphere. The ship is very much one of those classic ugly/beauty type ships I think. I just kinda riffed it out and ignored symmetry to give it a really bumpy look
