Ah. Well this took me about 3-4 hours I guess. Only just finished it.It's Toph Bei Fong from Avatar: the last airbender. She features in book 2: earth and book 3: fire. Toph is a blind earth bender.
Toph is, for some reason, one of my favourite characters in the series.
If you want to see the original sketches before being scanned and edited (to end up like it is above) on SAI, then please say so. C:
Referenced to [link] . It was up on my laptop and whilst looking at it, I sketched it on paper on the desk. (So no tracing, I promise you. C: ) It was then scanned and changed to how it is now on SAI.

Just the color scheme, I guess. You use paler colors and blur it, making sure the details don't look too precise.
