today on the sea shore. It's a very short exposure.. just to know when to push the button!
with the digital camera delay and all that.. Freezing my ass off, but I think it was worth it!

E D I T : The place: Europe (east side) - ROMANIA - Constanta (a city by the Black Sea shore) [ ~Constanta for some more ] A concrete pier made of the same structural modules as in the "January 2005" photograph. Camera: Canon G6 ISO 50, shutter speed 1/2000 and the apreture I think it was around 4 (quite sunny and so I got the intense blue). For more like this go see [link] (from last year with ma "crapcam"

This is gorgeous, they look like teeth or maybe even shaggy animals standing toward the surf, all in a herd. I see big dogs, or maybe Mongolian yak! Simply amazing that you caught the spray on the one side and the stillness of the tide on the other, with these fabulous flowing shapes in-between.
It's funny, this is the second time today I've gone to a deviant's gallery and seen a piece I liked, written my comment, and then discovered it was chosen for a DD. Congrats. It's much deserved.

Great photo! I stared at this for the longest time thinking "theres no way that ice can be real." Brilliant photography. Excellent capture of the raw power of nature with the beauty of it's harshest elements. I love the surreal feeling from looking at it. Definately a +fav. Cheers!
