If you don't mind me asking, how is the tail animated? Does it have bones in it or some dynamics? It feels really fluid and natural.

How did you get all the nice, flowing secondary motion? When I animate tails, I usually end up having to do rotation keyframes on each bone, and the result doesn't look natural like this. It almost looks like the tail is using some sort of physics, and the base is keyframed to give it motion.
In any case, it looks excellent ^^

for the tips usually i animate it whole 1st...then i overlay it 1 by 1...
the 1st bone keyframe is still, the 2nd bone frame is shifted, and goes on to 3rd,4th...and all huehuehuhe...
this one is more controllable...Spring like movement...
But for this job, i use magic and kitten sacrifice again lololololol...
and with that sacrifice, lord google send me some wisdom to do it...
