My current team in my Platinum nuzlocke x3 Haven't gotten much farther yet, so little time to play... I'm training all of them for now.Even though Elke is hard to train because the routes I can access right now either have Pokémon she's weak to (Buizel are fragile I noticed) or Pokémon that are too strong (like Selfdestructing Geodude. X_x) so she's on a low level right now, unfortunately.
We're training for the Ghost-type gym right now, so the Normal-types will be quite useful... once they learn non-Normal type moves. Sirius and Richie don't have anything to damage ghosts currently. x)
I don't plan to evolve Richie any time soon since I don't know which types I'll need in the future. Every Eeveelution is available in this game so she could be anything. x)

Captain - Vaporeon
and a cranidos that I just keep to use rock smash xD

I usually take grass starters. My very first pokemon was a grass type, so I just started getting grass pokemon from then on. ;w;

I've heard the name Svetlana before, it's a nice name.
Yeah, Buizel and Floatzel have low Defense and Special Defense, but they have higher Attack, Special Attack, and Speed to make up for that.
Normal-type Pokemon can often learn Shadow Ball, I highly recommend that move for fighting Ghost-types.
I'd offer advice for Richie's form, but since I don't remember there being a Ghost-type gym in Sinnoh (never played Platinum, only Pearl) I have no idea what you'll be up against in the future.

It seems to be a rather common name in Russian parts, but I like how it sounds, it has a nice meaning ("light", "shining", "luminescent", "pure", "blessed", or "holy") too.

True, but I'd have to find the TM first then, if it is available before the gym that is.
I'll just keep her an Eevee for now, I'll see if I ever need an extra Pokémon of a certain type. x3

I never liked Sinnoh. But at least I had a map I got from a walkthrough (dubbed the "Ultimate National Pokedex" which went over the post-Elite Four story and detailed all of the Pokemon up to Manaphy).

Yea, Sinnoh is hard, but Unova is the worst: CPU are more smart and even the wild pkmn are stronger and smarter .A. That will be the last nuzlocke I'll make (if I'll make more than one)

It just gets worse and worse each region. x) In Unova, wild Pokémon show up much more than in other games: in Sinnoh you can walk through a small cave with no encounters if you're lucky, in Unova Pokémon show up in caves EVERY TWO STEPS.
Some things get less harsh though: in Generation 1, 2 and 3 Pokémon would die if you'd walk around with a poisoned one for too long, in 4 the poisoning would fade away as soon as the Pokémon had only one HP left, and in 5, the HP doesn't even drop while walking anymore... though that kind of kills the purpose of poison in my eyes. x)

The good thing about Unova is that is a bit easier to train all your pkmn since the start and even after beating the League :'3

Hhbdghh I felt so bad when I saw them die. It's like you dropped something REALLY beautiful and expensive and you're unable to catch it before it hits the ground.
And then you realise the ships you had with that Pokémon die, too.
FEELS.

It depends on the rules, some don't count it as death, others do :V Anyway, in the first generations it will die anyway, so I don't have this problem :'3

My rules are:
- Only one catch in each area. This includes catches by fishing/surfing. Only exception: Shiny Pokémon.
- Each Pokémon is given a nickname.
- If a Pokémon faints, it's considered dead and will be boxed forever. It can no longer be used in that case.
- No fleeing from wild Pokémon. Only way to flee is by using Teleport or Roar/Whirlwind, or when using a Pokémon that has Run Away.
- Legendaries cannot be caught, owned, or used in battles.
- Trading is allowed for evolution and evolution only.
- Using the Daycare isn't allowed.
