i have no idea why i've been so into making bigger pieces lately hsdhbd, but i actually really like this one. except the tree in the background, ugh. it sucks.this is a character i was thinking i'd make, she's a dhole. and pretty dry (personality-wise).
hope you all like this one! i'm really trying to improve. not sure if i'm succeeding tho, please give me your thoughts!

The lighting and shading ties this whole things together. I will always, always, always admire your lighting and shading ability xD
BUT! The background is so artful o-o You don't like the tree, but the effects you used here make it look so good!
The look on the character's face is also perfect for what you describe her as 8D

and i hoped it would be! i was thinking it was the main source of shadows over the character. and yeah lol i made it blurry to set it off from the character and hide how bad it really looked :,D
