Question by:Mel understands Bob, since they are both sideshows who are well-spoken and who have gone through the same pain at the hands of a clown, but they still have some tension to work through. Bob is a criminal after all. If Bob ever (genuinely) reforms, it could work out.

You add it by selecting the blank space in the background and then placing the pattern inside the selection (on a new layer). I use Gimp and Photoshop. Gimp is free.
