Mermaid AU with my Simpsons girls. (Because why not?)They were exploring an underwater desert of sorts, looking for lost treasure, when suddenly Francesca felt something wrap itself around her and pull her towards it! It's a squid or an octopus! Barbara sees this and swims to her aid! The octopus had Francesca in a tight grip and puts up a fight!
In the end, Barbara manages to save Francesca and they got out of there unharmed. They didn't find any treasure, but they learned that treasure hunting is a risky business! Maybe they will have better luck another day.
I decided to do this idea when I saw a mermaid ref with a girl who looked somewhat like Franny. So why not draw a Franny mermaid? The girl in the photo was reaching towards something, so I thought, why not have Franny reaching for her friend's hand? It could be an action picture! So that's what I did.

I went to the Czech Republic to see my uncle and aunts! And we also went to the sea in Slovenia. It was fun!

Glad you like that! The reflection was a last minute idea after seeing some photographs underwater. The bank was always going to be there though, with the sand in the foreground lighter than the sand in the background.
