Of all the sketches I started, this one warms my heart the most, so I had to finish it first.
Mokuba might be a sassy kid, but he also has a good heart. In this pic, he found out one of his fangirls was hurting, so he went to find her and comfort her.Β

He's such a pure boy, and honestly if I was one of the parents that came to Seto and Mokuba's orphanage, I would have adopted both boys! After all, they're both intelligent and adorable, and brothers deserve to be adopted together. I don't see what those other parents' problem was with Moki...Β
I think the song 'Know Who You Are' from Moana suits Mokuba, also in his relationship with his older brother. He's been trying to help him fix the pieces of his shattered heart, and is the person who helps him heal, in the end.

ahhh! this is really close to the theme song we gave mokuba, "this isn't everything you are" .o.
literally the only thing about it that's not quite right is mokuba's eye comes too far to the front of his face, like he doesn't have like, where u can see the bridge of a person's nose in front of their eye. and don't worry cuz i have always been really bad about that too D: and have had to start reminding myself to put the eye back a little further when viewed from the side, especially on adult guys because they have a like ridge bone thing on their brow
but! the girl is so adorable! and i like all her things there, her lil paintbrushes and sketchbook lol
the big tree reminds me of whinnie the pooh :'3
but ah! it's very cute. i recognized him immediately :'3 and u can tell she's insecure and bothered by something, prolly something art related, and he's reassuring her

I know what you mean, I see it too. I didn't have much side view refs at the time of drawing this, but have saved a few references since then. It's true that it should be further back and that the nose bridge should be visible.
I was drawing the OC, and when I was almost finished I realized I made her look a little bit like my best friend! XD
Haha! The Winnie The Pooh ref wasn't intentional; but I guess I always draw trees like that, large and with an owl hole!
Yeah, I wanted to make what she was worried about up to the viewer. It was inspired by a friend of mine, originally. The problem was indeed art related.
I know, haha! I feel kinda bad not spending enough time on my pics anymore. They used to all look something like this. I decided to spend more time on this one because the message behind it was important to convey in the best and most beautiful way possible.

whehenver i come upon something, anything, on the computer/internet that catches my attention and makes me pause to look at it, i screenshot it and save it in a little folder i have full of snippets of comics/mangas i saw online and other screenshots of any old random thing that had something inspiring about it
