UPDATE: Fixed a typo and a color error.

We return to our story as the Sesame Street gang prepares for another live show. Today we check up on two of my favorites Bert and Ernie.

Like the first strip, this strip was inked last year and hasn't been colored until now. The next strip however will be newly made and will be done in the free-form half-page Sunday format (ala the post 1991 Calvin and Hobbes Sunday Strips).

A bit of Trivia: in the early days of the show Ernie's eyes were made from plastic spoons. I'm guessing back then they had to cut corners wherever they could, probably because the Big Bird suit must have taken up half of their budget.
