She was born with those glowing tattoos.
They change color with her emotion
Usually are white
And due to that. The irken science department took her from her parents to experiment on her.
They found that she can see peoples thoughts
and make it snow (hence her nickname)
She's not physic.
She has to be able to see the person for it to work.
Unfortunately for her enemies, she can see in the dark ^ ^
The name her parents gave her was Talia.
She escaped from the irken lab and is now a bonifyed bad ass!
