Base off of Chise's "Save me!!" stamp in Saikano, I'll post the regular one also. I liked the idea of having a little propaganda stamp, you know, to put on machinery and such. (For me, I'm a big fan of wh40k so all I can picture is dreadnoughts with little vivi stamps on them xD)It's slightly transparent, I haven't tested it out yet on other backgrounds, but if you would like a different version of the picture, please let me know.
