Description
Here is the facial custom I did for one of the ugliest villains in Saint Seiya, the Cancer gold saint named Deathmask.
As you can see in the right pictures, the original Myth Cloth head design was way off the anime character I chose as a reference. The vicious smile was quite good, but hair and eyes had to be remade.

The new hair came from a spare Gemini Saga head with the help of a scalpel blade and glue, as for the eyes it was a (not so) simple acrylic paintjob with the help of a toothpick tip split in half !
Of course it's not perfect (perfect work does not exist ^^), but after I finished it and put the bad guy back on display, for the first time I thought to myself : "at least this figure is no longer a mess, looks pretty much like the guy".
