Description
This scene depicts Rouge as she finishes her report for the President. It's an old pic, and I could name a hundred different things wrong with it now. ^_^; But still, I think it captures the somber mood well, and that's what I was aiming for. Drawn by hand, colored in... Adobe Photo Deluxe, I think. I was just learning how to use gradients at the time. O.oA scene similar to this appears in my fanfic, Broken Chaos. Not necessarily. She's just finishing off her report on Project Shadow for the President. Though I wouldn't blame her for wanting to quit after that emotional roller coaster. ^_^;

I dont see anything wrong with it.. Although I'm not much of a Sonic fan so it might be the way the girl is, but still I think it looks awesome. I don't understand why she is sad at the ring though.

The ring belonged to Shadow, who "died" at the end of Sonic Adventure 2. So to her, it's like a memento of him. Hope that clears things up a little. ^_^;
