You don't need to "make" yourself cute, you practically ooze adorable to begin with. (For what it's worth, I mean that in a supportive/encouraging, totally non-creepy and completely un-stalker-like way. One can never be too careful on the internet.)
There's nothing wrong with uploading your sketches. I upload a lot of poetry that is in a half-cooked, work-in-progress state, because that is when the feedback is most useful. So post anything you want. People enjoy seeing your work. Β

It depends on your goals. f you want the feedback you can upload everything. If not, you can be selective and just upload the ones that are better or more finished, and leave the more "practicey" ones out. But it's up to you, really.
I think people enjoy your work, and will not mind seeing more of it. So just do whatever feels right to you. Β
