Following yesterday's trailer, here is a realistic sketch of Leo, While I'm so excited for the moving, I cant swallow their faces, the whole desgin actually, the problem is, they made the cartoon version looks real, instead of redesigning a human-turtle hybride, the movie version looks nothing like a turtleRelated content

This is the problem I have with bringing fictional characters into live-action movies. The creators would make the character's designs so realistic that they barely look like the creatures they're suppose to be. It just ends up looking weird, and they don't blend in very well in the real world(ex: the Smurfs, Garfield, etc.).
In other words, I agree with you. In the 2014 TMNT trailer, they don't look like teenage mutant turtles anymore. They look like adult aliens or something. This is why I prefer full CGI/animated movies than live-action movies. Yeah, sorry for the rant. I just felt I have to give my opinion on this subject.

Exactly my thoughts - 2014 designs are odd, if only they have real turtle heads with a beak like you drew, it would be way better
