Hmm....I thought Arkham style would allow Quackerjack to wear a suit in the same pattern as the cartoon version, though...As he upgraded from crazy clown to crazy ringmaster, sorta...I mean, how often did The Joker wear a jester's outfit?

There was already too many characters wearing suits for my liking. So I tried to keep him kinda true to his original design.

Negaduck or Darkwing don't have a suit. Its more in line to what batman has in the comics. I just put those button looking things on to honor the design that came before. FOWL, steelbeak, Tuskernini those are suits.
