The Voice Actors panel was indeed packed with a lot fangirls, and less fanboys, but I digress....From Left to Right:
Liam O'Brien (Gaara from Naruto)
Sam Riegel (Donatello from TMNT)
Crispin Freeman (Alucard from Hellsing, and Itachi from Naruto)
Neil Kaplan (Optimus Prime from TF: Robots in Disguise)
Spike Spencer (From Neon Genesis Evangelion)
Fyi on two of the actors:
Liam looks like a young Will Ferrell, and Crispin looks like Topher Grace in Spiderman 3, and he does not know the game!!

I still punch myself for blowing the opportunity to see the panel and meet these guys... But hey, Family emergency. What'rya gonna do?
But still, I love these guys. My favorite roles from each are:
Liam O'Brien: Gaara!!!
Sam Reigal: Minoru Shiraishi from Lucky Star
Crispin Freeman: Either Itachi or Alucard. I do enjoy Kyon from the Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya, though.
Neil Kaplan: I don't know him that well, but tops to Optimus Prime.
Spike Spencer: Butterfly Man Papillon from Buso Renkin!
