I love this picture so much. It reminds me of the promo poster for Star Wars: Episode 1 where Anakin casts a shadow of Darth Vader. It was a very moving image, just as this one is. Great job!

I like the whole concept of "evil Luna" as opposed to "Nightmare Moon", because it suggests that she's acting on her own accord and not by some outside force that has simply taken over her.

I think Princess Luna is the most beautiful and awesome of the sister princesses, she's so adorable and lovely, probably she's a sad and tormented character but she preserves her beauty, and you did a cute pic of her, I love it!

The shadow could use a few touch-ups, but I really like how Luna turned out.

Sorry if this analysis seems like a bit much
The first thing that sticks out to me is the bumpiness of the shadow, particularly in its legs. Also, the big 'C' shape in the tail of the shadow and aspects of the mane look a bit awkward since it both doesn't match Luna's form and juts out and humps in a ways where NMM's hair would have been wavy.
There is also additional blurring and fading of the shadow immediately around Luna, were a shadow would be the most dark and clear-cut. You might have been using it to show a sort of glow effect around Luna, but doing it this way looks sloppy.
The sparkles in the shadow look rushed as just dots, and some are close enough together to make dashes.
Lastly, Luna, herself, looks pretty good aside from the significant variance in line thickness. There is a consistent thickness in the outline from the top base of her tail to the the top of her front leg, but then the rest of her outline changes thickness. Be aware of how thick your lines are relative to one another, you can use this to create some nice flow and three-dimensional feel for an image.

Guilty as charge on the shadow and yeah the sparkles is rushed since I get a bit impatience at that time XP.
For the line art I'm still struggling a bit in that department. At first I thought giving a variety of lines might make it more interesting but guess I was wrong then
