An entry for *VanilleCream 's mini contestShe basically asked for people to create a new design for her Pokemon OC, Kylie. This looks more like a winter outfit the way I drew it (aside from the little bit of navel shown and her short-shorts), but I hope it's okay ^^"

mine is combination of bandana *same as your b-day gift on Kayla*, dress that Green has *only a shirt and cuts down to under arm* and leggings that May has, wrist bands, and the boots and socks are the same. And, a ribbon in the ponytail
