IMPORTANT NOTE: Some people seem to have a hard time seeing the tutorial. For that I recomand that you use the "Download" button on the left. It seems to solve the problemThiese tutorials have been very popular; seems to get a collection or favorite almost everyday. So you will have to forgive me for not thanking you propperly.
Do feel free to to tell me (and link if it's on Devaintart) about any pictures you used this tutorial for so that I can see the result of it.
Also do feel free to point out if there's something you don't understand and I'll try to help.
Now I'm sure there are way better ways to make some good looking water (sea) but this is one methode that have worked for me so far.

I got a little lost at the gradient thing. Reflect gradient? Where's that?

When you select the Gradiant tool there are several types to use. The basic and bost used one is Linear Gradiant. Then there are Radial, Angle and then there is the Reflective one. (You find them up in the Options Bar)

"Select all" isn't a tool; you'll find it under Select and then All in the manue area at teh top of your screen. Or just use Ctrl+A
