Hey everyone! So... I decided to do a lil study for myself to help understand certain things about the female shape and form better (stomach in particular). Im no expert at anatomy, so theres definitely more accurate interpretations out there by other artists, but thought Id share it with you all anyway.

Hope you enjoy!

EDIT UPDATE - Discovered a line I didnt connect that carries on from the ribs, passed the hips and runs down into the leg muscle that reaches the knee area.

Very good forms. I guess sometimes i find it hard to remember the main structure that's underneath the clothes. Thanks!

Man, if you think you're no expert in anatomy, you should see some of my attempts...

I'm alright from the front, and side-on isn't *too* bad, but anywhere else just goes to shit...

You're better than you think. You've got their figures down to a T.

That's awfully useful, actually.

My own structural system works differently, and I'm going to have to try this.

Most (alright fine. All) guys would. But most guys wont

-laughs evilly-

Anyway, I love the anatomy! I'm going into Pre-med (So excited!!!)so It'd be a good idea if I learned to draw anatomy from the outside as well as the inside...Honestly...I dont know which is worse

I think the stomach area is the most difficult part to draw because itΒ΄s essential to catch the right posture. ItΒ΄s the union beetwen the upper body and the rest of the lower body. I always have the same problem. I would have to do some studio like this. Thank you for inspiring me and sorry for my English
