(Actually, even though I am running Windows 7 for games, I miss using Linux.
I might move stuff from one of my drives to install it... I just don't wanna have to reboot to play games
Well, I hope other game companies follow Valve in making games for Linux... since Windows 8.1 sucks @$$. )

I do know Python. Currently trying to make a card game with a wild (special?) card system.
Have you looked at dual boot, VMWare, Wine, or booting off a USB? I have VMWare on my laptop so that I can program on a Linux.

I've looked at dual-boot, as I have another HDD and I would just select which HDD to boot at system startup.
