Description
Running across the city, the four of them made it to the HQ building of Walton's Remedies, and saw there were a lot of people walking in and out of what appeared to be more of an office building. Walking up, there were some doormen watching who did and didn't come in. As soon as they got close, the doormen blocked the way in, "Aren't you a bit young to be working here?"
"Yes, and we don't work here, but we need to warn you." Sera said, "These people are in danger. There is a sort of killer coming for this place."
The horse looked down at her, unamused, "Do you really expect me to buy that?"
"No," Sera sighed, "But I had to try, there's lives at stake."
"In what way?" the horse asked, "We got security all over the place for trouble makers. Private security."
"That may not stop him though." Kari chimed in, "Have you not heard of the killings that have happened around here?"
"The only things I've heard is that there's been some fires of late."
"Those weren't just fires." Tori stepped up afterwards, "Those were set to cover the tracks of a deadly murderer. He's gotten into places that have been secured or locked tight, killed everyone inside, and then burned the place down."
"And how do you know that?" The horse looked to them, "It all sounds rather... cinematic if you ask me."
"It does, but it's true." Kari said, "People could die if he's inside there."
"How would have gotten in unseen?" the horse said, "We see people who come in. people with family, workers with other workers..."
"And how many do you know by heart?" Tori said, "Just check around, we got an idea about how this killer works."
"You're gonna stop a killer?" The horse snorted, "Now I know you're just making stuff up."
Tori looked annoyed, but then sighed, "Tell you what? Check with security, and if they find nothing out of the ordinary, then we'll leave."
"Fine."
