A tutorial of how I made theΒ crystals for my Cirno Cosplay:>I took me about an hour for each crystal.
*NOTE*
You don't have to use P.V.C , you can use any kind of light but solid material (that you can fold)

I have a question: So, I wanted to make them more floating and lest attached to the body. Do you think I could achieve that if I glued a wire through the middle of the crystal and then attached it to a cardboard base?

how did you actually attach them together/ wear them?

I glued together a few layers of cardboard
Cut 2 holes and put the crystals through them (and I cut the pointy edges)
And I used bra strips to hold it
(I put it between the cardboard layers)
