I so adore your coloring. The shading is so soft and wonderful... blending ever so perfectly! The lighting effects are absolutely gorgeous, and the background is really neat in my opinion. I love how it's black with the white highlights to give texture and shape to the objects around! Awesome character design, by the way. I'm loving it.

Hmmm.. I don't think stars would be showing through the moon The moon is much closer than the stars and blocks them out, so the shadow is completely empty. The background could use some objects in the middle ground to break the space up a bit, since all you have right now is just the characters, and then the trees on the horizon.
The dragon looks great, the anatomy of the human form is a bit off, especially in the arms/hands. The shoulders look strained, maybe should should have them in a more relaxed position next time?
Really cool character design though, I love it!

Woah, are his pants hanging down? But yeah, I like the blurry rock and the trees, but I think that some of the detail lines should be a little more defined. Like the chains, you can barely tell that they are there. And the tail is kinda too well lit, looks awkward against the background. But still, it's very good.
Damn you and your computers with photoshop!

Looks very cool! I do understand the rock as a rock - it's just a tad out of focus.

Suggestions:
For this pic, if the magical ball anthro-ish-Myrrim is your main light source, I am suspicious the very top/base of his tail would not be so well lit... That's actually my only concern with this picture, .
