Never thought I would draw FlutterDash...I should really stop to think that I never will make/like/do something, I loose every time.

And for "forcing" me to like FlutterDash with it

It could really be that it would tickle, but I think it depends on the Pony. And the wings of a pony are in my opinion really sensitive because they need to feel every little draft while flying so i think that there are quite a bunch of pegasi ticklish on their wings.
