Fluttershy's kind ear would be good for talking it out. Only two other friends that she could talk it out with are Spike (as long as he can keep it secret and also hope angel bunny doesn't mess with Dash from overhearing/figuring out what's wrong from the conversation) and there's also applejack.

I went with fluttershy since she's dash oldest friend. I also like to think that She's one of the only ponies dash shows her "weaker side"to.
AJ is might tease her with that for a long time so that's out of question.
And I don't like to draw spike so that's out of question too.
